- Client holds service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages
- Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by party during service
- Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement
- If you have a no show and you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation, you will still be charged full price.

I called them at pretty much the last minute for a pick up in Magnolia and a drop off at The Cheesecake Factory downtown. I spoke to Mike, he was very nice and said they would have a car there for us at 5:30pm
